A few things to know about your Artemorie arrangement.
Are Artemorie roses real?
Yes. We use real preserved roses selected from Ecuador. Preservation helps the blooms retain their beauty without watering.
How long can the roses last?
With proper care, our preserved roses can last up to three years. Their appearance and longevity depend on the environment and how they are cared for. Please read our Rose Care guide.
What is the difference between Rosette Round and Fleur Dome?
Rosette Round features seven preserved roses in an intimate arrangement. Fleur Dome features 35 preserved roses arranged in a fuller dome. Explore Rosette Round or Fleur Dome.
Can I choose the rose colour and the box colour separately?
Yes. Choose your rose colour and then select a Pink or Champagne box on the arrangement page. The box reference image shows the packaging colour; the roses in that reference image do not replace your selected rose colour.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photographs?
Each arrangement is made to order and arranged by hand. As real flowers, the roses naturally vary in shape, size and shade. Lighting and screen settings can also affect how colours appear in photographs.
Can I include a gift message or request a custom arrangement?
Please contact us with your gift message or preferred colours and design. We can discuss the details and confirm what is available before you order.
Do the roses need water?
No. Keep your arrangement dry, indoors and away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Leave the roses in their original arrangement and gently remove dust with a soft, dry brush.
How can I get help with an order?
Email info@artemorie.com or call 647-861-9966. For an existing order, include your order number and the name used when ordering.
When will my arrangement be ready for delivery?
Fleur Dome (35 roses) is made to order. Saturday/Sunday orders are ready Tuesday morning; Monday orders Wednesday morning. For other days, allow at least two preparation days, excluding Sunday. Actual delivery follows the next postal-code route; morning delivery is available only on eligible routes by advance arrangement.
Sunday delivery is available for arrangements prepared in advance, according to the recipient’s route. Sunday orders of Rosette Round (7 roses): Pearl White and Pearlescent Pink from Monday; all other colours from Tuesday. Fleur Dome (35 roses): Saturday/Sunday orders ready Tuesday morning; Monday orders ready Wednesday morning. Actual delivery follows the next available Fleet route and requires confirmation.
