Artemorie is a Toronto-based preserved floral brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our Shopify-powered website, contact us, subscribe to updates or place an order.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, selected arrangements, order history and payment or transaction status.
Gift recipient details: the recipient’s name, address, phone number and any gift message you ask us to include.
Enquiries: messages, photographs and other information you choose to share when requesting assistance or a custom arrangement.
Website information: technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies and interactions with our site, as collected through Shopify and any enabled website services. IP addresses and cookie identifiers may be personal information.
Subscription preferences: your email address and the marketing choices you make.

Please provide only information needed for your enquiry or order, and avoid including sensitive personal information in gift messages or contact forms. If you provide someone else’s details, make sure you have their permission or another appropriate basis to share them for the gift delivery.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare and fulfil orders, personalise gift messages, coordinate delivery, provide order updates and customer support, maintain business records, and prevent fraud or misuse of our website. We also use technical information to keep the website functioning, remember relevant preferences and understand site performance where the relevant features are enabled and consent is required and obtained.

Marketing emails are optional. Where we have your consent or another lawful basis, we may send product news and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us directly. You do not need to receive marketing emails to buy from us; essential order and service messages are separate.

3. Gift recipients

We use recipient details to prepare and deliver your gift and communicate about that delivery where needed. A recipient is not subscribed to marketing merely because you send them a gift. Please remember that your gift message is intended to be seen by the recipient and may be handled by staff involved in preparation.

4. Shopify and other service providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information to operate the storefront and related services. When online checkout is used, payment details are handled through the payment providers offered at checkout. Please do not send payment card details by email or through our contact form.

We share information as needed with service providers supporting our business, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery couriers, email and communications providers, and professional advisers. For example, a courier needs the recipient’s contact details and delivery address. We limit sharing to information relevant to the service or another lawful purpose.

5. Cookies and your choices

Shopify and enabled services may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as security, shopping sessions and remembering choices.
